Our Farm
Raising Jersey cattle for three generations
Migo's Jersey cattle are born and raised on a family farm in the Tsitsikamma, Eastern Cape. Our Jerseys are bred from the finest genetics, hand-picked and hand-reared. They graze on pasture, supplemented with maize and grass silage. They are allowed to mature slowly, growing at their own pace without added hormones, stimulants or antibiotics.
This stress-free environment results in exceptionally flavourful, tender, breed-specific beef. All beef is worked on the farm by our own butcher in small batches. We offer all traditional cuts as well as burger patties, biltong and more. Our steak is matured-aged and well-marbled. As we share our clients' passion for good food, we always welcome special requests in the butchery.
